Public Service Company of New Mexico
Good Neighbor Fund
Assists low-income families with electric bills from November to April or until all funds are dispersed. Customer donations and PNM matching contributions fund the program that is administered by The Salvation Army.
El Paso Electric
Bright Hearts
Donations from employees and customers are matched dollar-for-dollar by EPE shareholders. The fund is administered by the El Paso County General Assistance and is used to help families who are unable to pay for their electricity due to medical or financial problems.

New Mexico Gas Company
Heat New Mexico
This new heating assistance fund will be available to help income-qualifying customers pay their heating bills this winter. This fund comes from donations from customers and the New Mexico Gas Company and is administered by the Salvation Army. Distribution of HEAT New Mexico funds begins on January 1st and continues as funds are available.

Storehouse West
Assistance from this Rio Rancho agency comes from Federal Emergency Management Agency funds until the fiscal year's fund is depleted. The fiscal year for the fund operates from October through September. The program is for Sandoval County residents, plus Taylor Ranch, Paradise Hills and residents with ZIP codes 87114 and 87120.
