Enbridge Gas (formerly Questar Gas, or Dominion Energy)
Energy Assistance Credit
EAC provides HEAT-qualified customers who designate a portion of their HEAT benefit to Enbridge Gas, with a one-time $109 credit during the year. They will also be exempt from paying the monthly ECA fee.
Rocky Mountain Power (PacifiCorp)
Home Electric Lifeline Program (HELP)
If your income meets HEAT Assistance guidelines, you may be eligible for a credit on your Rocky Mountain Power bill. Mention this to the HEAT Assistance Office when applying for financial assistance and they can assist you in enrolling for the bill credit. All HELP applications are processed by Salt Lake Community Action Program in Salt Lake regardless of where you live in the State of Utah.

Residential Energy Assistance through Community Help (REACH)
The Salvation Army Utility Assistance Program assists in administering Dominion Energy's REACH program. To be eligible, households must be under 150 percent of poverty guidelines for gross monthly income.
